2040 Film weekend
The HOW People team have secured the rights to show this BRILLIANT docu-film over the weekend of 19th/20th/21st June.
You can watch it at ANY TIME from 5pm on Friday 19th to 5pm on Sunday 21st. It really is a MUST to watch with the family.
The Award-winning director Damon Gameau (That Sugar Film) embarks on a journey to explore what the future could look like by the year 2040 if we simply embraced the best solutions already available to us to improve our planet, and shifted them rapidly into the mainstream. Structured as a visual letter to his 4-year-old daughter, Damon blends traditional documentary with dramatised sequences and high-end visual effects to create a vision board of how these solutions could regenerate the world for future generations.
All profits from ticket sales will be going to ONE GIRL, a charity supporting the education and empowerment of women in Uganda and Sierra Leone as part of the '2040' movement.
